UNLRN - Microaggressions & Conflict Management
A dynamic and engaging self-paced course which will help you identify, respond to and mitigate microaggressions (everyday acts of bias) using the most effective conflict management strategies.
In one of my largest projects to-date, I collaborated with DEI-training organisation, UNLRN, to create over 20 minutes of educational animation for their e-learning course: Microaggressions & Conflict Management. The project consists of 5 animated videos, one for each module of the course. Our aim was to create e-learning content which was empowering, educational and entertaining, through use of colourful and engaging motion design.
